What Happens After You Reserve?
How will I know when my beef is ready?
Corey calls you personally — typically 4–6 months from your deposit — to confirm your order and give you a pickup window.
Can I customize my cuts?
Yes. Once your beef is ready, you’ll work directly with our processor to build your cut list — steak thickness, ground beef ratio, and the rest are yours to decide.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Pickup is at the farm in Gainesville, Georgia. Limited local delivery is also available — ask Corey about your area when you place your reservation.
What if I need to change my package size?
Reach out before your deposit is applied to a specific animal, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
