sound familiar?

Most families buying beef at the grocery store are paying premium prices for a product they can't trace - raised in conditions they'd never choose if they could see them, finished in feed lots, and full of unknowns.

There's a better way, and it starts with knowing your farmer.

Meet Corey

Third-generation farmer. Former NFL lineman. The guy who will personally call you when your beef is ready — and invite you out to grab a burger while you wait.He switched from Angus to Wagyu the first time he tasted it. He hasn't looked back.

"I grew up on this land. My grandfather farmed it before me. We try to raise as much of our own food as we can — beef, pork, deer, vegetables. That's not a hobby. That's a conviction. And it's exactly why I started Bright Meadows Farm."

Not Hybrid Wagyu.
The Real Thing.

Most "Wagyu" sold in the US is a hybrid. Angus crossed with Wagyu, marketed as the real thing.

At Bright Meadows, we raise 100% Japanese-bloodline Wagyu. The genuine article.

Wagyu are naturally docile animals, and that temperament is exactly what gives you AA2–AA4 marbling and beef tender enough to cut with a fork.

Farming the Same Land for Three Generations

This land has been farmed since Corey's grandfather walked it. They raised Angus, grew their own corn, and put up beans for winter.

Corey bought this same land so his daughter, Shirley, could grow up on it the way he did. Bright Meadows is named for her because that's what her name means: A bright meadow.

You Know the Farmer. Now Know the Beef.

Put down a deposit. Corey will call you personally to confirm your order and tell you when your beef will be ready. If you want to come see the farm first, you're more than welcome. Come grab a burger and see what you're buying.
